The Hon. Tony Ryall
Minister of Health
Parliament Buildings
Wellington
Dear Mr Ryall,
I am alarmed by the prospect of Dunedin Hospital losing its
resident neurosurgery services. I believe this significantly
lessens the safety of people living in or visiting southern
New Zealand and must not be allowed to happen.
I strongly object to further downgrading our our southern
health services. It is grossly unfair for New Zealanders and
overseas visitors to face higher risks, extra stress and
additional costs.
Yours sincerely,
