Two former University of Otago students have admitted
ghost-writing assignments and say they feel no guilt, with
one charging another student $250 for a lab report.
The Government is not doing enough to attract engineering and
construction students in the face of rising demand due to the
Christchurch rebuilding and a housing shortage, Otago
Polytechnic chief executive Phil Ker says.
An internal report's recommendation to increase chartered
flights between Invercargill and Dunedin to cope with
increased travel demands was declined because of cost, the
Southern District Health Board says.
