A large tank, removed from Speight's Brewery in Rattray St, Dunedin, is lowered on to a trailer yesterday, during the $20 million redevelopment of the brewery.
It is among many large pieces of equipment which have been moved from the site in the past month. The redevelopment work will include installation of a new brew house, tank farm and upgraded boilers, new sales and other office space, and the relocation of a keg plant from the Canterbury Brewery. Work is on track to be completed in December and the new brew house will be commissioned in October.
