A 25-year-old Dunedin man has been remanded in custody
for a week on a charge of assaulting a man who died after being
found unconscious in a central city bar at the weekend.
Stephen Anthony Fernyhough, a demolition worker, appeared in
the Dunedin District Court this morning charged with
assaulting Ryan John Court on April 27.
Mr Court (35) was found unconscious in the toilet area of the
