Ballet set to sparkle

Royal New Zealand Ballet dancers (from left) Abigail Boyle, of Auckland, and Laura Jones, of Sydney, give a taste of what is to come at the Regent Theatre tomorrow night.

They will perform the world premiere of Satellites, by Dunedin choreographer Daniel Belton, which integrates electronic music, animation and kinetic sculpture with dance.

The work is one of five short ballets to be performed by the Royal New Zealand Ballet, starting at 7.30pm.
