The Dunedin District Court has started processing the
first large group of those arrested in the Undie 500 disorder
last weekend.
• Undie could be over for Dunedin
Twenty-four of 67 people arrested in and around Castle St
from September 11 to September 13 were scheduled to make
their first appearances this morning.
The charges they faced included disorderly behaviour,
breaching the liquor ban and obstructing police.
However before lunch almost all had had their cases adjourned
until October 1 without making an appearance.
Another group is expected to appear in the court tomorrow
morning.
