The former executive officer of St Patrick's College in Wellington has still to enter a plea on charges involving the theft of more than $126,000 from the school.
David Neil Don, 44, was back in Wellington District Court this afternoon for a sentence indication hearing.
He is facing eight counts of dishonestly accessing a computer system and one of money-laundering and was remanded on bail at his first appearance at the end of September.
Don, who has lost his job after five years at St Pat's, will plead to the charges in late November.
