Open-air music festival. Homelands is set for Saturday, March 5, after being postponed in late January due to poor weather.
Wakatipu talent, including psychedelic funk band Pass the Sauce, roots rock reggae trio Ghetto Blaster, four-piece rockers Mandatory Sound and Fat Eddy, are on the bill.
Organised by Revolver, the acts play live, free and for all ages, on the band rotunda, in the Queenstown Gardens, from 1pm until 8pm.

• 10pm: Nightshade, a five-piece dubstep, drum `n' bass band from Dunedin, plays at Subculture. Early door sales $5 before 11pm, $10 afterwards.

• 10pm: Angel Delight, a night of drum `n' bass, jungle and dubstep in Subculture. Free entry before midnight.
SUNDAY
• 4pm: Queenstown singer-guitarist Mike "Sleemo" Sleeman plays at Dux de Lux. Free.
• 9pm: Queenstown DJ Ben Jamin plays at Dux de Lux. Free.
• 9pm: Olmecha Supreme, of Wellington, plays at Revolver. Entry $5 at the door. R18.
THURSDAY
• 8pm: Auckland-based Australian singer-songwriter Tim Guy celebrates the release of his third album, Big World, with a gig at Dux de Lux.
