A 65-year-old Queenstown man was flown to Southland Hospital after the Harley-Davidson he was riding crashed on a corner near Littles Rd at 8.35pm on Thursday.
Senior Constable Chris Blackford said the bike also had a pillion passenger but the person's injuries were not known. He said it was also unknown what type of injuries the driver had but they were ''of significant concern'' and he was flown to Invercargill.
Snr Const Blackford said it appeared the driver lost control on a corner.
