Police seized 300 2.5g packets of the psychoactive substance

The man found in possession of the highs had an interim
The new ban revoked the interim approvals for all
psychoactive substances from May 8 and gives licensees a 14
day window to dispose of the products, so no offence had been
committed but police had expected the highs to have been
disposed of sooner.
From May 22 it becomes illegal even for interim licence
holders to be in possession of the products.
