Consent has been granted to Spruce Grove Trust to subdivide
land near Millbrook Resort and establish four building
platforms, an access allotment, a utilities allotment and two
open-space allotments, as the result of an Environment Court
hearing.
Millbrook Country Club Ltd has applied for resource consent
to subdivide 8.96ha into six lots, four of which are intended
for future residential development as part of the next stage
of Millbrook West.
Millbrook has taken the top spot in Luxury Travel Magazine's
2011 Gold List Award for overseas golf resorts, beating a
raft of strong New Zealand and international contenders.
A multimillion-dollar investment in golf at Millbrook Resort,
Arrowtown, has paid off for owners of the property, with a
