Stop the Stadium was
officially declared dead in Dunedin yesterday, but
immediately replaced by a new organisation launched from the
ashes with a name poking fun at the Dunedin City Council.
Stop the Stadium (STS) was formally liquidated yesterday in
the High Court at Dunedin, ending its status as an
incorporated society, amid terse exchanges between Associate
Judge Rob Osborne and STS president Dave Witherow.
