I cannot seriously believe that someone could complain about the estuary driftwood sculptures.They look great and are points of interest in a muddy, boring estuary. The driftwood was surely just lying around in untidy piles, and this guy saw a chance to beautify the area with some ephemeral art. As for the consent issue, what a joke.
