In light of the events from Tuesday night relating to the
toga parade and subsequent behaviour on George Street, I
would like to make an open challenge to the leaders of
Dunedin, specifically Mayor Peter Chin. That challenge is as
follows:
Would you please provide a rational explanation for why the
behaviour of those involved was wrong.
