It's our new "Third island". Chinese garden shining like a
diamond as it's towed towards the harbour by one of the Otago
Harbour board tug boats.
Originally we planned on constructing the island, and the new
garden ourselves, but it was substantially cheaper to buy it
already built up from China, and tow it back to New Zealand.
You can tell by the rays beaming from it, that itll be a true
star for the Dunedin City Council, (much like our first
Chinese garden).

Hi there, the light you saw was sun rays coming from the
setting sun behind you. There would have been a hole in a
cloud letting beams of sunlight through, which are then
lighting up particles in the atmosphere. The reason the light
extends so far is because the sun would have been quite low
in the sky - it probably turned orange and red shortly after
this.
