Central vineyards welcome warmer morning

The overhead frost-fighting sprinklers were out in force this morning in the vineyards of Central Otago however temperatures were a shade warmer than on previous mornings this week.

Central Otago Winegrowers Association president James Dicey told the Otago Daily Times helicopters were on hand but not required for frost fighting on the properties he manages.
