The Cromwell, Alexandra and Roxburgh libraries are also running craft sessions for school-aged children every Tuesday and Thursday during the holidays.
The Cromwell Library also has a regular session for preschoolers, every Wednesday afternoon during the school term, library assistant Joan Entwisle said.
''The session starts with story time and then they get to do some crafts.''
