Waiwera South Primary School pupils (from left) Tom Copland (13), Beth Anderson (12), Emma Jelley (13) and Samantha Liggett (13), left their mark on the side of the school swimming pool by painting a mural as part of a technology unit.
The pupils were encouraged to come up with a way to ''leave their legacy'' at the school.
They decided to paint a colourful mural on the side of the pool.
