The abrasive centre is joining the Lincoln University Future Leaders scholars `Shave to Save' fundraising event and plans to raise $5000 for the cause.
Two days out from the event, the pledged donation total for the Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand Foundation is at $14,000 and growing.
The campus will be open to the community, and joining students and staff at Lincoln University will be Richie McCaw, Michael Hobbs and other professional rugby players to help the Future Leaders scholars raise as much money as possible.
