The Revisited band is led by original Creedence Clearwater Revival members bassist Stu Cook and drummer Doug Clifford and it will play with New Zealand support acts on the oval of the Queenstown Events Centre on Sunday, February 5.
The Queenstown show includes a support performance by rising star Bex Murray, originally of Lake Tekapo.
Premium Entertainment director and operations manager Craig Wilson, of Tauranga, this week said ticket sales for Queenstown and the four other open-air concerts were "a little bit slower, but have really picked up since the Christmas and New Year period and people are back at work.
"People are happy to hold on to the money because they know the concerts won't sell out."
Tickets cost $89 plus booking fee from Ticketek.
Children aged 15 years and under will be admitted free with a ticket-buying adult.
