More than 200 dancers took part in the festival and there were a wide range of workshops and events in the Octagon, Dunedin Community Gallery and Toitu Otago Settlers Museum’s Josephine Foyer.

Event organiser Anna Noonan, from Dance Ōtepoti, said the day was to celebrate dance in all forms and to share the joy with others.
