A person will appear in court today after a courier van was stolen in Cromwell this morning.
Police say they were alerted to the theft of the NZ Courier Post van around 6:20am.
They called for sightings of the yellow Toyota Hiace, and the offender was apprehended in the Omarama area.
They will be appearing in Oamaru District Court today.
