Armed police raided a house in Christchurch on Tuesday morning.
A police spokesperson said they conducted a pre-planned search warrant at the Dallington property.
Police were armed as a precaution, the spokesperson said.
A witness told Chris Lynch Media eight police cars and an ambulance arrived at the scene opposite the Gayhurst Rd dairy about 9am.
The officers were armed, the witness said.
