The moment two vehicles collided at a busy Christchurch intersection has been caught on a motorist's dashcam.
Police were called to the two-vehicle crash at the Curletts and Blenheim Rds intersection, Middleton, at 4.55pm on Tuesday.
The crash involved a silver station wagon and a minivan.
A motorist who had stopped at the lights told Stuff he saw the van coming "a mile out" before the impact was recorded by his dashcam.
The station wagon was turning onto Blenheim Rd as the light turned red when the van came through the intersection and collided with it.
Police said no injuries were reported after the crash.
