Scott was diagnosed in July with colon cancer, which has spread to his liver, lymph nodes and peritoneum.
The breakfast is being organised by Fleur Evans, an aunt of Scott's wife, Erin, to help support the family while Scott is unable to work during his treatment, and also to help pay his medical costs.
A buffet breakfast is planned. It will be held upstairs at Artisan, starting at 9am and finishing at 10.30am.
Tickets cost $40 each, with at least $20 of the ticket price going to Scott and his family.
Artisan staff have volunteered their time, working for free at the event, to support the family.
The buffet breakfast will be supplied at cost by Artisan owner Ron van Til. ''A silent auction and raffles will also be held during the breakfast, with prizes provided by local businesses and individuals,'' Fleur said.
Tickets for the breakfast can be bought at Artisan Cafe. A Givealittle Page has also been established for Scott and his family.
