The Canterbury United Pride will welcome WaiBop United to English Park on Saturday at noon for week 11 of the national women's league.
The Pride sit three points clear at the top of the table with eight wins and one loss, while WaiBop are one place off the wooden spoon, having just two wins and eight losses from 10 games.
Meanwhile, the Canteburry Dragons are currently sixth in the men's premiership. with a win, a loss and a draw from three games. They will host Hawkes Bay United on Sunday at English Park with kick-off at 2pm.
Cricket
Canterbury will host Otago in a Ford Trophy one-day cricket contest at Hagley Oval on Monday from 11am.
Canterbury won their opening round clash against Northern Districts by 84 runs on Thursday at Hamilton's Seddon Park, thanks to 126 from opener Jack Boyle.

In the premiership, defending champions St Albans have qualified top with a six-win, one-loss record, and will play Old Boys Collegians - which finished the round robin in fourth place - on Sunday at Hagley Park.
Lancaster Park finished in second and will host Sydenham in the other semi-final at Garrick Park on Sunday.
The Canterbury country premier twenty20 competition also gets under way with each team playing two matches on Saturday,

The Bowls Canterbury will hold round six of the men's sevens competition on Friday night.
Christchurch will host Woolston Park, Bowls Papanui will welcome Parklands, Canterbury 2017 will host Elmwood Park, Belfast will travel to Papanui Club and Burnside will host Redcliffs-Mt Pleasant.
