Five people have been injured - two seriously - after a crash that has closed the Geraldine-Fairlie Highway.
Emergency services were advised about 11.25am on Tuesday that at least two vehicles were involved in a crash at the intersection of State Highway 79 and Bracefield Rd.
Police said in a statement two people are thought to be in serious condition and three others have minor to moderate injuries.
The intersection is closed while the serious crash unit attends the scene.
