Fossil Creek Angus stud offered 76 rising 2-year-old bulls in North Otago last week  and sold 72 for an average price of $12,208 including a top price of $26,000 for Fossil Creek Voice V036.

Vendor Jane Smith said more than 200 people attended the sale.

"It is a great chance to reconnect with our clients and take a moment to celebrate everything that is good about our vibrant beef and sheep sector and rural communities."
