Stops and starts need to be requested earlier than 3pm the weekday prior to action taking place.
Delivery Redirections
Staying within the ODT delivery area? Have your ODT redirected to you for no additional cost. Just call our circulation team on 03 479 3555 earlier than 3pm the weekday prior.
The ODT is delivered to most towns within the greater Otago region and a number of towns in Southland, and South Canterbury. To see if your holiday destination is within the delivery area check here or call our circulation team on 03 479 3555. Please note that we cannot deliver to hotels, motels or camping grounds.
Leaving the ODT delivery area? Sign up for the E-Edition of the Otago Daily Times and wherever you are around New Zealand or further afield, you will have daily access to the ODT in an exact replica digital format. Click here (https://subs.odt.co.nz/) to sign up. You will require your account number, if you don't have your account number please call the circulation team for help on 03 479 3555.
Don't forget to stop your home delivery while you are away, but when you do ensure that you ask for access to your digital edition to continue. Please note that even with home delivery stopped you will be charged to normal subscription rate to have access to the digital edition.
The ODT e-edition is accessible to ODT subscribers at no additional cost. As a subscriber you can have the ODT delivered plus digital access every day of the year, meaning one person in your household can be reading the print edition while others can be reading the digital edition at no additional cost.
