North Otago dairy farmer Myfanwy Alexander is a finalist in the Dairy Woman of the Year competition.
The other finalists — Amber Carpenter, Katrina Roberts, and Michelle Ruddell — live in the North Island.
A winner will be announced in New Plymouth on May 2.
Ms Alexander won the Rural Life Year of the Farmer competition last year.
