    Rural Women New Zealand is hosting an event focusing on fun, fitness and friendship in Cromwell on Friday and Saturday next week.

    The Triple F Challenge programme includes stops at Highlands Motorsport Park, Cromwell Heritage Precinct, Bannockburn township and Carrick Winery.

    The event raises funds for K9 Medical Detection.
