A woman has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a car park wall in Dunedin this afternoon.

A police spokeswoman said police were called to the Southern Cross Hotel on High St at 1.45pm, after a car crashed into a wall in the hotel car park.

A St John spokesman said a woman was taken to Dunedin Hospital with minor injuries.
