A scathing review of police has found an "integrity reset is urgently needed" with a perceived culture that holds seniors to a "lesser standard than juniors".
Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has unleashed on his coalition partner, Winston Peters, saying he was the person who put Dame Jacinda Ardern in charge of the country.
Winston Peters was doing his best to quell concerns there were ructions in the coalition, claiming the government was as stable as a "three-legged stool".
