The winner of six races, Biman had been stood down for three months after he bled internally during a race at Gore in May.

The Boys slipped and threw rider Shankar Muniandy when pulling up after an easy win in a trial.
The remaining two trials were abandoned.
Muniandy was dazed and bruised.
He was attended by a St John medic and cleared of serious injury.
His mentor, Brian Anderton, said Muniandy would ride The Boys and other members of the stable at Invercargill on Saturday.
Biman was galloped on the sand with Lucy Star.
They ran 51.
Biman then underwent a veterinary examination.
He was spelled for three months after he bled and has been back in work for three months.
Booth is viewing a rating 90 1360m race at Gore on December 20 for Biman.
