Matthew Cameron is back level with Lisa Allpress at the top of the jockeys' premiership after his win on Needastar in the Oamaru Cup yesterday.
Cameron and Allpress, who have both ridden 156 winners this season, continue their duel at Rotorua today.
They have other meetings at Paeroa, Awapuni, Waterlea, Te Rapa or Otaki this week, before with the season winds up at Oamaru today week.
Needastar is trained by Jon Sargent, the leading trainer with 106 wins, two short of the record tally in New Zealand set by Mark Walker.
