Numero De Lago, a winner on the flat at Washdyke on Friday, has been entered for a maiden hurdles at Oamaru on Thursday.
The Michael Daly-trained Numero De Lago has yet to race over hurdles. He won over 2100m last Friday, his third win on the flat.
Cheap Date, the winner of three hurdles races, has been entered for the maiden steeplechase at Oamaru.
Kidunot, who has had two starts on the flat in a fresh campaign, has been entered for the open hurdles. Kidunot, winner of the 2009 Great Northern Hurdles, missed racing for most of last winter due to injury.
Sally McKay, the Invercargill trainer, has been incapacitated after breaking her collar bone and damaging a shoulder in an accident when working with young horses.
Malachite, who won a maiden hurdles at Wanganui last Thursday in his first start as a jumper, has also been entered for the open hurdles at Oamaru.
Malachite joined the Wanganui stable of Kevin Myers this season after nine wins on the flat for Levin owner and trainer Peter McKenzie.
Moonlightning, now trained by Bruce Smith, is also in the open hurdles at Oamaru.
Moonlightning won over hurdles at the Grand National meeting when trained by Christine Eagle at Foxton.
Davone Code, an entrant for a flat race at Oamaru, is now trained by Steven Woodsford.
Davone Code, who has not raced since October, won a 1200m maiden at Matamata in April last year when trained at Te Rapa by Peter Lock.
