RECIPE: Tin Goose Slice

This slice from Tin Goose is fruity and sweet and a little bit nutty. 

Base:
1 packet malt biscuits, crushed. 300g butter, melted. 2 tsp mixed spice.


Topping:
1 cup chopped chocolate. 1 cup chopped dried apricots. 1 cup sultanas. 1 cup walnuts, chopped. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 tin condensed milk.

Mix crushed biscuits, butter and spice together and press into a sponge roll tin. Top with chocolate, apricots, sultanas and walnuts. Then sprinkle on coconut and pour over the condensed milk.

Bake at 160degC for an hour or until brown on top and the milk has set. Leave until the next day before cutting.
