The clean-up will continue in Adelaide's central business district after a fire destroyed a martial arts academy, closing roads and forcing the evacuation of city buildings, including a major hotel.
Four people were admitted to hospital for smoke inhalation on Tuesday after the blaze roared through the three-storey building off Hindley Street.
At the height of the fire, the roof of the Wing Chun Academy collapsed and firefighters feared the property's facade could give way.
The blaze took more than 80 firefighters about two hours to contain.
Road restrictions remained in place into Tuesday night with some lanes closed and speeds limited on major roads.
The cause of the blaze was not immediately apparent and investigators expected to continue their inquiries on Wednesday.
The clean-up around the scene will also continue, though most local businesses, including the Hotel Grand Chancellor, are expected to operate as normal.
