Thousands of people have flocked to the Great Kiwi Home & Living Show at Forsyth Barr Stadium today.

The show runs from  10am to 7pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday, and caters for everyone from the "hard-nosed DIY’’enthusiast to families wanting a day out.

The show offers plenty of ideas, information and inspiration from architecture and design to kitchen and bathroom, interior designs and home entertainment.

There's also motoring and boating zones, along with a camping zone offering the latest equipment to make the most of summer.

Allied Press commercial manager Matthew Holdridge said more than 3000 people had been through the door by 1.30pm and there had been "fantastic'' feedback from stall-holders and people attending the show.

The show is a partnership between Dunedin Venues and the Otago Daily TimesTickets are still available for both days.
