A 60-year-old Dunedin man reported his own driving error to police after being involved in a vehicle collision in South Dunedin.
Senior Sergeant Bruce Ross said the man drove through a stop sign at the intersection of Begg and New Sts and collided with another vehicle being driven by a 42-year-old Dunedin man on Monday.
The 60-year-old was upset about the incident and called police, Snr Sgt Ross said.
Neither driver was injured, but the 60-year-old was taken to his GP for a medical assessment.
