A fire in the boiler of a Dunedin business closed part of a busy highway for about half an hour.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand Senior Officer Mike Taylor said firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze in a malfunctioning boiler.
Black smoke could be seen billowing from a vent of ASB House in Cumberland St about 2.45pm yesterday.
