Former Dunedin company Bell Tea has been rebranded as the BrewGroup.
The Bell Tea and Coffee Co factory operated in Hope St from 1924 to 2014, after which production was moved to an Auckland factory.
BrewGroup chief executive Mark Hamilton said the new name reflected the fact coffee sales now exceeded the business' tea sales.
There would be no brand change to the company's main products and the business would remain New Zealand-owned.
