Dunedin's Forsyth Barr Stadium is abuzz as the final touches are put in place for The Great Kiwi Home & Living Show this weekend.

Hundreds of people are at the venue preparing for the event, which brings ideas covering architecture, cooking, design and home entertainment together under the stadium roof.

Events Delivery Manager Michelle Branford said workers had been hard at it for the past three days, and it promised to be a great weekend.

As well as many excellent stands, the main stage would be full of entertainment, including demonstrations by Australian celebrity chef Pete Evans, Simon Berry from Whitestone Cheese and Greg Piner from Dunedin restaurants VAULT 21 and Prohibition Smokehouse.
