Emergency services help two people injured after their car rolled 100m down a bank at Heyward Point, near Aramoana, yesterday.
A police spokeswoman said police were alerted to the crash (circled) in Whareakake Rd about 3.50pm yesterday.
Both occupants had made it out of the car themselves, she said.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand, St John and police were present.
A St John spokesman said one person had serious injuries and the other minor injuries as a result of the crash.
The seriously injured person was taken to Dunedin Hospital by helicopter.
