Clyde Dam's legacy on Cromwell Basin

The Cromwell Basin was once called 'the heart of the desert' but is now a green oasis of cherries and grapes, thanks to irrigation from Lake Dunstan.
 
The legacy of the Clyde Dam is still being felt today, as the area continues to develop further agricultural projects.
