Loaded builds software that simplifies stock management, attendance and reporting for 10,000-plus hospo owners and managers throughout Australasia.
CEO Richard McLeod is very familiar with the sector, having owned and operated a dozen New Zealand venues including one-time Dunedin student haunt, Captain Cook Tavern.
He’s teamed up with The Hospitality Company (THC), whose managing director James O’Connell’s spent over two decades helping Australasian hospo businesses lift their performance with high-impact coaching and advisory services.
O’Connell — who draws on learnings from the world’s best hospitality groups — notes real improvement doesn’t come from software alone.
"Hospitality teams need systems and support that actually work in practice.
"Loaded gives operators clarity and control over their numbers, and our role is to help them turn that information into smarter decisions, better leadership and stronger financial outcomes."
McLeod adds: "At Loaded, we build the tools I wish I’d had when I was running venues.
"The back office can be a huge drain on time and focus.
"Working with James and the team at THC means venues not only get great software, but [also] the support and expertise to embed it deeply and profitably into their business."
