Crash in Kingston

Emergency services have been called to a crash in Kingston this morning.

A police spokeswomen said they received reports of a single vehicle crash at 8.27am on State Highway 6, also known as Kingston Road.

The car had reportedly rolled and "it come to stop on the beach and the two occupants were out of the vehicle," she said.

It wad not yet known if anyone was injured.

The NZ Transport Agency advised road users to take extra care if driving in the area.
