Southern police are appealing for information on damage done to property in Edendale, Southland at the weekend.
On Sunday night, a large amount of damage was done to property around Edendale, including graffiti, a spokesman said today.
Windows were smashed and graffiti written on the public toilets on Seaward Rd, a local man said.
A train and railway line were also tagged with graffiti and glass smashed in a phone box, he said.
Security camera footage from the Edendale Dairy & Takeaway should help police, an employee said.
The footage would be reviewed today, she said.
