St Hildas thrashed Mountainview High School, of Timaru, 5-1 in the final of the tournament at the Caledonian Ground in Dunedin.
The title went to the team but the individual accolades were all for Scott, a promising all-rounder who has also made great strides in tennis.
Chelsea Whitaker gave St Hildas an early lead in warm and slightly windy conditions.
Scott then scored her first goal to make it 2-0, before Mountainview replied five minutes before half-time.
From a free kick 30m out, Mountainview's Annie Gilchrist sent the ball sailing in under the St Hildas bar despite the efforts of goalkeeper Caitlin Fitchett.
The second half was dominated by the Dunedin school and by Scott, who added three more goals to her tally with some incisive running and strength on the ball.
Scott frequently outpaced the Mountainview defence, making life difficult for visiting goalkeeper Trisha Roberts.
Taieri College claimed third place with a 3-1 win against Craighead, Timaru Girls beat Kaikorai Valley 3-0 for fifth, and Columba beat Queens 4-0 for seventh.
