McGlinn (17), of Christchurch, was one of the best performers on the slopes over the week of racing, her slalom wins coming alongside a second place at Treble Cone in the giant slalom on Friday and a fifth in the same event at Cardrona on Monday.
McGlinn's winning combined time of 1min 39.69sec was 5sec better than that of of second-placed Monique Oosterbann, a skier out of Cardrona skifield's High Performance Centre (HPC).
Oosterbann clocked 1min 45.12sec to push United States skier Teagan Palmer, from the Treble Cone Racing Academy (1min 45.41sec) into third.
Angus Howden, of Wellington, was the best-performed New Zealand skier at Treble Cone on Saturday, finishing third in the slalom with a time of 1min 42.63sec.
The former New Zealand alpine ski team member is part of the elite squad of alpine skiers training with Cardrona's HPC.
Swiss skier Moreno Testorelli was too strong for Howden, winning the men's slalom - his second victory in the FIS Wanaka series - on Saturday in a time of 1min 41.38sec.
Italian Aldo Ballabio claimed silver, edging Howden by 0.07sec, with a time of 1min 42.56sec.
FIS race points count towards the International Ski Federation's worldwide ranking of skiers in the different alpine race disciplines of giant slalom, slalom, super G and downhill.
